30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

OpsGenty offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial payment date
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is for your first payment on a new subscription (subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable)

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly renewal payments after the initial 30-day period
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees (if separately charged)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Services where full delivery has been completed and accepted by the client

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via:

  • Include: Your full name, email address used for payment, and payment reference number

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

5. Subscription Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for unused days in the current period (after the 30-day guarantee window).

Refund: Within 30 days of initial payment, you receive a full refund of that payment. Your account is deactivated upon refund processing.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a payment dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account termination and may affect your ability to use our services in future.

7. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) — South Africa

This Refund Policy is designed to comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Your statutory rights under the CPA are not affected by this policy. If you have concerns about your consumer rights, you may contact the National Consumer Commission at thencc.gov.za.
